ABOUT NEPAC
The New England Patient Advocacy Conference (NEPAC) is a two-day, in-person event in Worcester, Massachusetts that equips patients, caregivers, professional advocates, and healthcare professionals with practical tools to navigate today’s healthcare system with confidence. Through expert-led sessions and real-world strategies, attendees will learn how to reduce medical errors, communicate more effectively, support complex care decisions, and advocate with clarity in clinical settings. NEPAC is designed to be hands-on, encouraging, and connection-driven—bringing together people who want better outcomes, stronger patient voices, and a more informed approach to care.
WHERE TO STAY
If you’re traveling to NEPAC, there are plenty of comfortable lodging options in and around Worcester. For the most convenience, consider staying in Worcester (downtown puts you close to dining and easy drive time to campus) with popular hotel options including Hampton Inn & Suites Worcester, Hilton Garden Inn Worcester, Homewood Suites, and AC Hotel Worcester. If you’d prefer a quieter stay (often with more availability), look just outside the city in Shrewsbury, Westborough, or Marlborough, which are all a short drive from Worcester and offer a wide range of well-known hotels. We recommend booking early, as October can be busy with regional events and university activities.

WHAT TO EAT
When it comes to meals, breakfast and lunch will be provided at the conference each day, so you can stay focused and fueled without needing to leave campus. For dinner, Worcester has plenty of great options—whether you want something quick and casual, a relaxed sit-down spot, or a nicer meal with colleagues after a full day of sessions. If you’d like to keep the connection going, we’re also offering an optional Monday night Social Evening (additional charge) that includes dinner and a fun, laid-back way to spend time with other attendees outside the conference sessions.
ABOUT LAST YEAR
Last year’s NEPAC brought together patient advocates, nurses, caregivers, and healthcare professionals for a powerful day of practical learning, meaningful connection, and renewed confidence to navigate the healthcare system more effectively.
